You have to be the owner or administrator of the Organization for granting other users access rights to your Organization or the Organization in question.
Follow the steps below to manage the users of the Organization:
1. Select the Organization (e.g. by clicking the Organization name in Organisation-Tree view)
2. Edit Organization by pressing the edit icon in Service tool bar (on top).

The Organization window will open (in this example Organization name "william-handicraft-corner.ynx"  . In this Organization view you can make changes of the members list (add or remove users, change authorizations):

3. Add a user to your Organization by pressing the button "YouBook" which will open the Younox users directory YouBook. In YouBook press the search (magnifier) icon on top and enter the name of the wanted user into the search field to the left.

4. Select the wanted user from the search list and press the link above the users list "Add to Organization".

5. The selected user is now member of the Organization and is listed in the users list with "member" rights ticked on. You can access the member list in edit mode of the Organization (as described above 1 - 2).

This newly added user will still not be able to see any data of your Organization as long as you have not assigned or given him access rights or visibility to a certain Service or group of Services.

Note:
1. The newly added users will be shown in the drop down list in Service creation or edit mode and among others can be selected by all other members of the Organization as Customer or Supplier of a Service.
2. As administrator of your Organization you may add a user to your Organization directly by assigning the user as Customer or Supplier of a Service out of YouBook.
